SHIPPING DETAILS FOR E-BIKES
We’re always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS:
- Signature upon delivery may be required based on your location.
- Hawaii & Alaska: We currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
- Model versions can only be shipped within their respective countries. For example, US ebike models can only be shipped within the contiguous US, and cannot be shipped to Canada or Europe.
- Shipping Policy is explained in Rad’s Terms of Purchase (Section 4).

- Shipping CostShipping is free in the US and Canada for all bikes, and most accessories* purchased with a bike. Accessories purchased separately from a bike and replacement parts not covered under warranty will be charged a shipping fee of $10 (USD and CAD) for orders under $150. Accessory orders* over $150 will be shipped free.
*Note: Replacement battery orders will require an additional $60 (USD and CAD) shipping charge. Hollywood Hitch Rack orders will require an additional $30 (USD and CAD) oversized shipping charge.
- Shipping Time
In the US, in-stock items (*except batteries) typically ship within two business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product’s page. Check out the item’s product page for the most up-to-date shipping information.
* Lithium-ion batteries take longer to ship because they must go through a regulatory certification and approval process. For details, see Why does shipping a battery take so long?
Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.

- Shipping MethodOur bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground for ebikes, and we may use UPS for accessories. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.
If your bike was shipped by FedEx and you have received a tracking number via email, you can arrange any special requests or delivery instructions after FedEx has completed their initial scan (dependent on FedEx timeline) by contacting FedEx or using the FedEx Delivery Manager tool. If FedEx has not completed their initial scan and you contact them, they may not acknowledge the package has shipped yet (even though it has). Please note that FedEx will make their best effort to honor your request, but they do not guarantee special delivery requests.
- Tracking Information
When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Click the link below that matches the shipping company listed in your tracking number email.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR E-BIKES
We only ship to the contiguous lower 48 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.* Only bikes shipping within the United States may qualify for free shipping. Bulk orders or freight do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to bicycles. Accessories and parts may have shipping charges applied.
Customers getting their bike shipped to Canada will be charged $200 per bike for shipping. This $200 fee also covers all of the duties and taxes charged as a result of importing the bike.
We do not ship internationally (with the exception of Canada) at this time. If you have arranged to ship your bike internationally, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with the import of the bike. We do not provide service or warranty to bikes you ship internationally. If replacement parts are necessary, the customer is required to pay all shipping and part costs, including import fees and taxes.
If you are planning to use any third-party shipping, we cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.
Our products are usually shipped within 2-10 business days using FedEx or UPS (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order).
When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed in the product title and description.
Customers in Canada will experience longer shipping times. There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a FedEx facility. The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on FedEx.com will not be accurate until FedEx has scanned the package into their system.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1502 E Buckeye Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85034. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to APO addresses. If you have your bike sent to an APO address and it is refused and you wish to cancel your order, a $150 restocking fee may be applied.
Lectric eBikes is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is the result of handling by a shipping carrier.
No matter where you are located, it is your responsibility to follow the rules and regulations of your locality concerning the proper and lawful use of electric bicycles.
